Shipping Info: We only ship with UPS. Our UPS Standard / Expedited finalized orders are being picked up daily (monday-friday), are insured and have a tracking number. You can trace your package online with the email that will automatically be sent to you when the package is picked up by UPS. Delivery times vary from 1-3 working days (Netherlands, UK, Germany, Italy) to about 6-7 days (USA) after being shipped. However, please make sure somebody is available to sign for the package! For shipments inside the European Union tax will automatically be added.
Return Policy: All sales are final. In case of damaged or faulty items please contact clone@clone.nl with your order/invoice number as reference so we can solve the issue promptly.
